Greg Pezl, Class A Head Golf Professional Hometown: Marshfield, Wisconsin. Member of the University of Wisconsin/Madison golf team. Entered golf business in 1985 at Jupiter Hills Golf Club in Jupiter, Florida. Also worked as an assistant professional at Brooklawn Country Club in Fairfield, Connecticut and North Shore Country Club in Glenview, Illinois before coming to SPCC in 1991. Two-time finalist for Wisconsin PGA "Merchandiser of the Year" in 1998 & 2000. Favorite part of golf business: Teaching, Merchandising, Tournament Operations, and providing service to the membership.
Sonny Stogner, Assistant Golf Professional Hometown: San Angelo, Texas. Entered golf business in 1990 at Fox Valley Country Club in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, before coming to SPCC in 1991. Successfully passed PGA Playing Ability Test and is active in the PGA Apprentice program. Working towards becoming a Class A PGA member. Favorite part of the golf business: Teaching, service to membership, and playing competitively. Sonny notes: "In the last ten years Greg and I have developed a good working relationship that is reflected by our dedication and service to our membership".
